Equipment
Popsicle mold and sticks
Food processor
Ingredients
3
cups
assorted fresh berries
(I used 1 cup each strawberries, blueberries and blackberries)
1 ½
tablespoons
agave or honey
3
cups
plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
Instructions
Place berries in a bowl of a food processor.
Drizzle agave over fruit.
Pulse several times until desired consistency.
Place yogurt in a large bowl.
Fold blended berries into the yogurt.
Transfer mixture to a large pastry bag to fill popsicle molds. Or, you can use a spoon to fill the molds; it will just take a little longer.
Cover the mold and insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze at least 4 hours, or overnight to set.
Run hot water around the mold for 30-45 seconds to help release the popsicles. Enjoy!
Notes
*Once popsicles are frozen, you can remove them from the mold and store in a resealable freezer bag up to 3 months.
