Ingredients

Soak dried chiles in simmering water for 10-15 minutes until softened.

Blend softened chiles with remaining sauce ingredients.

Brown short ribs and chuck roast on all sides before adding the sauce..

Pour sauce over browned meat. Add bay leaves and cinnamon. Cook in low oven until super tender!

When fall-apart tender, skim fat off top to fry tacos and shred meat into bite size pieces.
